Today is the a special pastry day which calls Fettisdagen in Sweden.

During this day you celebrate the end of the fasting period. You eat this amazing pastry calls Semla or Cream Puff (eng) with a sweetened bread, almond icing and cream.

To drink to the classic pastry Semla it is recommended to always have coffee or milk. However Western Taste tried with a glass of Champagne and it was devine. So we higly recommends Hatt e Söner Champagne to the superb Semla by Wienercafeet.
