Appetizers



Appetizers have always been a very important part and has given the concept of dinner a little bit more "notch". Here it will be provided some of our most enjoyable moments in appetizers and food experience. Please do try to make some of the dishes that we will recommend in the following. Remember that we spend more time eating than doing other free time activites, so it should be considered as an important and a pleasent activity.

Sushi

Sushi can be made in so many ways and with a lot of different ingrediences. You can have different kind of fish (tuna, salmon, red snaple & swordfish), chicken and all kinds of vegetables. The important thing is to keep most of the ingredience to somwhat sweet. However the most important factor is the rise.
 

Antipasti

Tasty Garlic Olivs
Put the olives in a bowl pour some olive-oil, salt and pepper on it. Then squeeze some garlic over it and stir it a little bit with a spoon. Let it stand for about 1 hour in the fridge.



The beauty about Antipasti is that it is so easy to make and You can put almost "whatever" you like on the plate. The most common thing is to have olives, las parma ham, salami, seafood, mozzarella cheese and ruccola. Of course it is necessary to have pesto, olive oil, and pepper & salt. This dish is one of the most common appetizers on a restaurant.

Bruschetta

1 pouch of Tuna Fish
1 cup Mozzarella
4 cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley
Black pepper
8 slices French bread, toasted
2 cups Plum tomatoes
1/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil


In a blender or food processor bowl, with metal blade, blend garlic and oil. Brush oil mixture on one side of each piece of toast; reserve remaining oil mixture. In a medium bowl, lightly combine tomatoes, cheese, tuna, parsley, and reserved oil. Add salt and pepper. Mound about 1/2 cup mixture over each piece of toast.
